Welcome to the team, please see delivery instructions and script handling procedures below.

Introduction to the Chemist2U Platform

  • Our consumer mobile app contains a catalogue of popular pharmacy products.
  • Users can also scan their prescriptions for dispensing and delivery.
  • We have partnered with you, our runners to deliver these orders
  • For orders containing prescription medication, it’s very important that you collect the physical paper scripts for return to our pharmacy partners to comply with dispensing laws.

Retrieve : Top Yellow Copy x 1 or more

  • The customer has a single green copy of an original script
  • Alongside this orginal there is x number of repeats (yellow copies)
  • Please retrieve the yellow copy and leave the green copy with the customer
  • Let the customer know that there are new repeat scripts inside the satchel
  • The customer should attach the new repeats to the original for safe keeping.

IMPORTANT : PLEASE ASK THE CUSTOMER TO SIGN THE YELLOW SCRIPT IF THEY HAVE NOT DONE SO ALREADY.

Retrieve : Right Hand Green Copy x 1 or more

  •  The customer has an original green double script
  • Please retrieve the green copy on the right hand side and leave the other green copy with the customer
  • Let the customer know that there any repeat scripts will be inside the satchel
  • The customer should attach any new repeats to the original for safe keeping.

IMPORTANT : PLEASE ASK THE CUSTOMER TO SIGN THE YELLOW SCRIPT IF THEY HAVE NOT DONE SO ALREADY.

Retrieve : Entire Script x 1 or more

  •  The customer has an original script which does not have any future repeats
  • Please retrieve the entire script 
IMPORTANT : PLEASE ASK THE CUSTOMER TO SIGN THE YELLOW SCRIPT IF THEY HAVE NOT DONE SO ALREADY.

Retrieve : Detach bottom yellow strip x 1 or more

  •  The customer has an original handwritten script
  • Please remove the bottom yellow section of the script the green copy on the right  and leave the top section with the customer
  • Let the customer know that there any repeat scripts will be inside the satchel
  • The customer should attach any new repeats to the original for safe keeping.

IMPORTANT : PLEASE ASK THE CUSTOMER TO SIGN THE YELLOW SCRIPT IF THEY HAVE NOT DONE SO ALREADY.

Non Prescription Items

  • When delivering orders for non prescription items simply hand over the satchel to the customer.
  • In these deliveries, there is nothing to collect and return to our pharmacy partners.
